We listen to our loyal customers and per your requests, we have added diabetic-friendly cobblers, cookies, cupcakes and sweet potato pies to our menu.

We have chosen to use agave, a 100% natural sweetner made from the nectar of the agave cactus. Chosen because this sweetener does not have the adverse effects of most artificial sweeteners and agave is considered to be a low-glycemic sweetener, which means it doesn’t spike blood sugar levels the way refined cane sugar does.. Our diabetic-friendly crust is made with white whole wheat flour which is more nutritious and has more fiber than white flour. We will continue to use real butter and wonderful spices that make for our great tasting baked goods.
